We deliver to mainland France, Corsica and Monaco.

We offer two delivery options:

• Home delivery
• Delivery to a Repair and Run location, where your bike is assembled and ready to use upon arrival.

The bike will be delivered partially assembled: you will only need to adjust the handlebars and install the pedals.

The necessary tools will be provided with the bike. We have paid particular attention to writing the instructions so that they are clear and accessible, even without any DIY or bicycle mechanics knowledge.

The Anod Hybrid 2 offers a range of 35 to 100km.

The Anod Hybrid bike is designed to suit people between 1.55m and 1.95m tall. Adjusting the saddle height and the different possible handlebar positions allow it to adapt to all body types.

Attention: If you choose the suspension seatpost option, the minimum recommended height is 1.60m.

Our bike weighs 21kg, which makes it a manageable and robust bike while being below the weight standards in its category.

Yes, the Anod app is very comprehensive. It allows you to lock and unlock your bike, use the anti-theft system, and benefit from GPS geolocation. The bike can also be used without the app.

All USB-C chargers are compatible with the Anod battery.

For a fast charge in 1 hour and 20 minutes, we recommend using a 65W charger, such as the Anod Mini Charger or a powerful equivalent.

All our bikes are equipped with marking under the frame, next to the serial number on your bike. In accordance with regulations, this information is stored in the Single National File of Identified Cycles (FNUCI) accessible by the authorities when you report theft.

The frequency of servicing depends a lot on how you use the bike.

It is strongly recommended to have your bike serviced at least twice a year to prevent wear of certain parts, or to readjust certain settings (belt tension, hydraulic brake bleeding, tire pressure, wheel spoke tension, etc.). .).

Clean the bicycle with a damp cloth.

Brake pads wear out over time. They must be replaced in a timely manner. Replace them only with compatible pads.

Tires are consumable items and must be replaced in due time. Use only 50-584 size tires. If inner tubes need replacing, use 50-584 size inner tubes.

The belt drive system of this bicycle does not require lubrication. Ensure that the belt is always clean to prevent accelerated wear.

The bicycle and its components are guaranteed for 2 years from the date of delivery.

The battery is guaranteed for 2 years or up to 500 charging cycles, whichever comes first.

Wear and tear parts (brakes, tires, inner tubes) are not covered.

Please note that misuse of the bicycle or its components may result in the warranty being void.

Yes, you can change the so-called “standard” components if you wish: (saddle, handles, pedals, tires, etc.).

Most spare parts are available for sale in specialized stores (such as bicycle shops). For Anod-specific parts (motor, electronics, hybrid system, battery), we have a stock available to ship the necessary parts quickly, if needed.
