The anod hybrid is delivered in its packaging, all you have to do is carry out standard assembly: you will need to mount the front wheel and adjust the handlebars and saddle so that it offers you your ideal posture.

A wrench for saddle and handlebar adjustment is provided in the welcome kit.

Payment will be made before delivery once we have scheduled the delivery date. We expect payment 60 days before delivery.

All our bikes are equipped with marking under the frame, next to the serial number on your bike. In accordance with regulations, this information is stored in the Single National File of Identified Cycles (FNUCI) accessible by the authorities when you report theft.

The anod hybrid bike is equipped with Continental Contact Urban 50-584 tires (27.5 inches x 2 inches). We recommend that you use a 27.5 inch inner tube adapted to the width of these tires, or contact a specialized cycle workshop near you.

The frequency of servicing depends a lot on how you use the bike.

It is strongly recommended to have your bike serviced at least twice a year to prevent wear of certain parts, or to readjust certain settings (belt tension, hydraulic brake bleeding, tire pressure, wheel spoke tension, etc.). .).

Clean the bike with a damp cloth.

Brake pads are consumables and must be replaced in a timely manner. Replace them only with compatible pads.

Tires are consumables and must be replaced in a timely manner. Use only tires size 50-584. If inner tubes need to be replaced, use size 50-584 inner tubes.

The drive belt system of this bike does not require lubrication. Make sure the belt is always clean so as not to accelerate wear.

Anod bikes are covered by a two-year warranty from the date your bike is delivered.

Normal wear and tear of wearing parts is not covered by the warranty.

Yes, you can change the standard components if you wish: (saddle, handles, pedals, tires, etc.).

Most spare parts can be found on sale in specialized stores (such as bicycle retailers). For specific anod parts (engine, electronics, hybrid system, battery), we have stock to ship the necessary parts quickly, if necessary.
