Exactly. After sending the photos and a description of your bike for its estimate, Upway will contact you to organize the collection of your bike directly from you.
Once the offer is accepted, Upway will organize the collection. You will need to pack the bike in a box, either by obtaining a box from your local bike shop or collecting it directly from a collection point. Then the carrier will come and pick up the bike to take it to Upway.
Resumption will be possible from the start of the 2024 school year. Register in the form above to be informed as soon as it is possible!
