FAQ

If the electric assistance feels less responsive or less powerful than usual, several factors may be the cause. If the bike is working but the assistance is irregular or less effective, contact our support team for a diagnosis. If the assistance no longer works at all, stop using the bike and contact our support team.

Nothing serious, this is probably a calibration issue. Try turning the bike off and on again, making sure not to touch the brakes at all.

If the motor is making a noise you hadn’t noticed before, there is no immediate cause for concern.
If the noise is loud and the bike is not operating normally, stop using it and contact our support team.
If the bike is working correctly and the noise is light, contact us for a non urgent check.

A feeling of play in the handlebar or steering may come from a slight loosening of the stem or headset. This is generally not serious, but it is important to have it checked. We recommend visiting a Repair and Run shop or contacting us.

If you hear a squealing noise when braking, there are two possible causes: your brake discs and pads are dirty, or your brake pads are worn.

First, clean your brake discs using a product designed for disc brake cleaning. This product is available in any bike shop.

Nothing serious. Your brake disc may be slightly bent or your caliper slightly misaligned. To fix the issue, visit a bike mechanic who will be able to resolve the problem.

Simply follow these steps and you’ll be ready to ride again.

No worries. The bike has been designed to allow manual opening in a few minutes by following this guide.

If you still have the screw, reinstall it while respecting the tightening torque indicated in the manual.

If you have lost the screw, contact us directly.

A slight mechanical noise can be normal. However, if the noise is loud, repetitive, or if you feel unusual vibration, stop using the bike and check whether a part is incorrectly secured.

To ensure the safety and durability of your Anod bike, we recommend a full service by a professional:

– At least once a year

– Or every 2,000 km, depending on your usage

This service helps check the condition of the brakes, drivetrain, and safety components.

Consult our detailed manual where step by step instructions are provided. If that’s not enough, contact us and we will guide you step by step.
